Gate Valves
For optimum performance in conditions where high flow efficiency, tight shut off and long service is required.
Ideal for a variety of services within the chemical industry and for arduous working conditions on slurries, resins and fibres. For complete versatility the range includes forged, cast, resilient seated, knife gate and lined designs
Cast High Pressure
A range of pressure seal gate valve designs, particularly suited for high temperature services in the power industry
- The range is offered in four standard cast materials: WCB (generally used on feed water lines), WC6 and WC9 (steam lines), C12A (high temp. applications)
- End to end dimensions as per ASME B16.10 short pattern.
- Wedge gate and parallel slide configurations
- Welded in seats
- Position indicator as standard
- Stellite® gr. 6 overlay on seat/wedge/disc; Stellite® gr. 21 overlay on backseat.
- Standard ISO top mounting
- Pressure ratings : ASME 900# to 2500#
- Temperature: -254°C to +650°C
- Sizes: 50 to 600mm (2”-24”), Connections standards to ASME B16.25
Forged High Pressure
Designed for high pressure / high temperature applications in power plants and are extensively used in chemical, petrochemical and offshore applications
- Design in accordance to: ASME B16.34, API 600, ISO, DIN, TRD, VGB, TRB, PED
- High quality forged materials to maximize reliability and performance
- Pure graphite packing and gasket design guarantees extreme tightness and follows the Health, Safety and Environment requirements to minimize any risk of fugitive emissions.
- Easily accessible for any maintenance operation.
- Flexible split wedge is offered as standard on gate valves. Parallel slides are available.
- Special constructions and materials available
- CE mark 100% Compliance with European Pressure Equipment Directive n°97/23/EC
- Pressure ratings : ASME 900# to 4500#, DIN: PN 160 to PN 720
- Temperature: -46°C to + 650°C
- Sizes : 50 – 600mm (2”-24”)
Knife gate valves
Field-proven bi-directional knife gate valves feature heavy-duty, full port elastomer linings offering the ultimate in protection against heavy slurries
- Meets a wide range of abrasion, corrosion, temperature, and pressure requirements.
- May be used in wet or dry services easily dealing with large, heavy particles and tramp material
- Heavy-duty, field replaceable elastomer sleeves
- No metal parts in contact with the flowing slurry
- Unobstructed flow eliminates turbulence, minimizes pressure drop across valve
- 100% Isolation; bubble-tight shut-off results in absolutely zero downstream leakage
- No seat cavity where solids can collect and prevent full gate closure
